True to his word Kr. Sumer Singh together with his team have once again resumed the hosting of the extremely prestigious, popular and one of the oldest Squash Tournament – The Central India at the Daly College Indore.

It was quiet surprising to see a Head of an educational institution wear his schools t-shirt and sit alongside his students to watch them play at the recently concluded Junior Nationals in Chennai.

The students of this institution are indeed lucky that in their Principal they have someone who takes active interest in the sport of Squash. Moreover, if memory serves me right I remember him sharing with me facts about the schools sports activity also the fact that his was the only institution that had a team of 50 odd sports trainers.

•  With 6 categories each for boys and girls in the juniors, an open event for both men and women, 2 senior categories along with action for professionals this tournament that is scheduled to start on December 23rd is sure going to be the last event this calendar year where everyone can once again put their skills to test.
