Jaypee Juniors – “Surprise-Surprise”

It is the belief shared by the author and some like-minded associates that successful championships are about offering complete experiences.

JAYPEE JUNIORS -2009 086

Jaypee Open Juniors Squash Championship a joint effort of Jaypee Greens and District Gautam Buddh Nagar Squash Rackets Association was positioned and marketed to achieve the above.

The need of sports as specified in the Olympic Aims& Charter http://multimedia.olympic.org/pdf/en_report_122.pdf is unquestionable – something that Sports4Health has always believed and continues to support from inception. What started as “dream with few takers 3 years ago today has approval and nods of many”.

Sports4Health felt the only way to overcome the disappointment of being denied an ovrdue Olympic recognition was to get down to the basics organize more championships for the Juniors – so that OUR family continues to  grow and the 15 decision makers who decide against Squash know that UNITED WE STAND.

LET OUR RACKETS DO ALL THE TALKING !! AND THIS “CONTRIBUTED OBSTRUCTION”, NOT DENY US THE ULTIMATE !!

WE MUST NEVER FORGET THE GAME IS A GOOD HABIT TO INCULCATE.  LADIES & GENTLEMEN – IOC DOES NOT APPROVE GOOD HABBITS.

LET MORE PEOPLE PLAY THE SPORT – THE INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE WILL COME LOOKING FOR SQUASH!

While the debate on Squash’s bid and corporate social responsibility continues and many successful private sector  - goverment initiatives succeed – individual support and contributions should never STOP and must be recognised. Joint initiatives in the field of sports are the need of the hour if we are to get the future generations to keep pace with emerging complex life-style issues.

S4HU hs always saluted people and remembered our Heroes. We would like to invite the following people to be applauded – for their support:

  1. Mr Anil Malhotra
  2. Mr Vivek Kumar

Unfortunately, we missed you both on the evening of September 20th due to an extended awards ceremony.

Thank you Gentlemen.

Take a peek on Jaypee Open Juniors – an event we would like to improve with everyones suggestions and support so that all participants – enjoy from the experience.

EXCITING MATCHES ON DAY TWO SET STAGE FOR THE LAST DAY

Day two had much less traffic on and off the court. Eventhough the number of matches almost got reduced to half the matches started to get longer. It was to be the day when the real test began – as more and more players got to play with opponents their own level.

The brilliance only just got started to show as players raised their games to stay alive in the competetion. Most of those who held their nerves sailed through with little efforts others who could not take the pressure succumbed to it their opponents.

All in all there was healthy competition to know how the players moved please click on the following link…..

JAYPEE JUNIORS GETS UNDERWAY

Day One Results. Day one got underway with the usual confusion and excitement. Organisers had difficult time keeping the youngsters at bay. Anyway the day saw lots of matches being played and there was action galore. When this result was being compiled the author found the silence inside the Squash Club Velocity a little deafeining.
