When the blog was first started something that I came across was shared – something that spoke of who we are, what we do, and where are we going?

 

I am sure those who saw the video titled – The DASH appreciated it and a lot of us would have run it over again as it is extremely thought provoking but and true for anyone of us to avoid. There are multiple aspects of wellness – even medical science is beginning to accept this now. Basically it is about body, mind and soul and their balanced pre-existence. We will constantly try to keep you educated on all three but would like to first start with the body.

The following contibute to a healthy body:

·        The food that we eat

·        Things that we do remain active

·        The lifestyles we lead

I remember though going through the Linda Goodman – Star Signs many years ago where I came across something where she wrote to confirm the transition of humans from airians (living on air) - in India we have many sages /sadhus who survive on air and water. Besides even history has documented humans to have survived on air & water; until thhey started eating fruits & vegetables; finally came meat.  While I prepare material for this page I would like you to take a look at some of the matter that has already been structured to talk about one or the other aspect of human health.
